Q)How can I contact Jengun Support?

A)Please email us at support@jengun.com. We will reply to you asap. Don't forget to add support@jengun.com to your addressbook and spam filter. Sometimes the spam filters block our replies.

Q)I downloaded the app and the app is not starting.

A)Please restart your phone. After app downloads, it is a good practice to restart your phone. If your issue persists, please contact us at support@jengun.com.

Q)I have paid for the app but app is not downloaded.

A)Please contact the app store (BlackBerry App World, Mobihand, Handango...) directly for issues related to download, purchase and billing.. We are handling the transactions. Transactions are handled by respective App stores.

Q)I have BlackBerry^® STORM. I downloaded the app and the menus are stuck. I cannot do anything with the app.

A)Our apps require "Disabling Compatibility Mode" for BlackBerry^® STORM phones. If you are not familiar with it, please click the link to see an instructional video on "Disabling Compatibility Mode" for Storm.

Q)How can I install an app through my PC?

Q)Tip Calculator: Why is the sales tax included in the bill?

A)It is easier to put down the total bill amount, which includes the tax. After that, the tip will be calculated on the pre-tax bill amount.

Q)Car Loan Calculator: Why don't the results match with the results that I got from the website?

A)Please be aware that car loan calculations are based on months, insead of years, which is the usual calculation term for mortgage periods.

A2)Some countries use different compounding periods for car loan calculations. If you are having any issue with compounding please contact us at support@jengun.com.
