A)Please restart your phone. After app downloads, it is a good practice to restart your phone. If your issue persists, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q)I have paid for the app but app is not downloaded.
A)Please contact the app store (BlackBerry App World, Mobihand, Handango...) directly for issues related to download, purchase and billing.. We are handling the transactions. Transactions are handled by respective App stores.
